• We will meet with you and your other advisors (lawyers, accountants, etc.)
• We will develop a business plan that you can use as an operational tool — & one that will allow you to measure your progress against the goals you set.
• We will develop a business plan which you will be able to take to a bank, present to existing investors and raise equity capital through a SCOR offering.
• To pursue a SCOR offering, we will register the offering for you and assist you in finding a securities broker (if you need one). Or we can develop and coach the business management in their own offering presentation that can be used to make the opportunity available to invited groups.
• Based upon a no-cost interview and meeting we will prepare a specific cost proposal for your business.
